You have 14 days to return an item from the date you receive it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your product must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Items returned which are deemed to be re-saleable will be credited to customer, less 20% restocking fee and any shipping and transportation costs.
If you happen to receive a damaged product, please let us know immediately. We will need a detailed descrition and photos may be requested. Depending on the product, a replacement will be shipped with no exchange involved, otherwise the product may need to be shipped back to address stated at the time and shipping costs will be refunded after receiving the item.
Once we receive your item, it will be inspected and you will be notified that your returned item has been received. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item and a restocking 20% fee will apply as well. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
